Which side are you on?(the community elders of Awdal/salal and Gabiley?Or the politicians of these regions? By Dr.Abdi.E.Obseyeh

The community of Awdal region have respected the laws and the regulations of the
Country and had waited long when they will get fairness and justice. Thanks to the community
Elders of AWADL /SALAL and Gabiley  who have inspired  up the moral of their community.
.The c…ommunity elders (sultans)  have forwarded a heavy document of over 20 pages to president of Somaliland H.E.Amed Mohamed mohamoud (Silaanyo).The document had all the facts and figures and all Logical tasks. Fortunately the president had witnessed the clear and the transparent document of the Gadabursi elders and had immediately appointed over 6 ministries for the matter.
Thank you Mr, President. You respected our elders as you respect the others of Somaliland elders and we are waiting earnestly the response of the document.
.The document which the community elders of the above mentioned regions gad submitted to the president of Somaliland was clear and transparent as everyone has read it on the media (WEBSITES AND ON THE LOCAL JORNALS).
While the community elders were in the capital of Somaliland –Hargeisa.many of the parliamentary members and the ministers from these regions tried to intervene and had even advised them to go back home without a good reason. . The community elders could not belief what they have heard and responded negatively to their request. It is almost three and half years- when kulmiye party has got hold the administration and none of them had voiced a word against the leading government.(except  one parliamentary member –Mr,Ahmned-yasiin .Sh.ALI, who has   several occasions made a good  argument debate concerning about these regions).
Justice and fairness
Arguments about justice and fairness had a long tradition in the world wide civilization. In simple English Justice—means giving each person what he/she deserves. While fairness is usually used With regard to an ability to judge a concrete and specific to a particular case.
In any case—our community elders have asked the president of S/land what they think they deserve and had repeatedly requested that they should be treated with justice and fairness. It is true when decisions are to be made benefits and burdens should be distributed among the S/land regions. But unfortunately this is the time when conflicts arise among the S/land regions since a conflict of interest are created. In this case the higher authority of the government Steps in and claims that certain group will get this goods and services!!
If x and y do the same work and there is no relevant hours between them or the work they are doing, then in justice,– they should be paid equally. What if President Silanyo gives punishment to someone who has done nothing wrong? Is it fair that certain ministries of S/land get a million dollar contract while most of them only receive a small budget of their ministry? Yes our community needs a fair economic system. We must ask ourselves whether our action treat all persons equally.
