article-marketing-serviceI have the culture of writing my diary as this determine our way of ideas ,thoughts, judgments and accepted wisdom. Favouring citizens from each other  is against the mandatory values of all human being regardless any religion believe or even to the none believers of any religion. The injustices committed against the people are new headlines for all Somaliland media and situation has influenced to get involved the subject problem. Singing the slogan of Somaliland in our media daily and committing injustice against big portion of Somaliland society are contrary to each. One can define as hypocrisy. Hypocrisy defined as the sad state of a person who reduces himself to being an actor on a stage, but not real. The heart of hypocrisy – Thus, the goal of such a person is to be seen. They are on stage and seek to ingratiate themselves to the audience and win applause. Hence they engage in some action “in order that people may see them.” It is clear that this is ultimately very sad. A lonely actor on a stage performing whatever role is required in order to win approval from the current audience. Their inner core or deepest self is repressed and replaced by the demands of others. This is the true heart of and description of hypocrisy. It is the claim or act of holding beliefs, feelings, standards, qualities, opinions, behaviours, virtues, motivations, or other

characteristics that one does not in actual fact hold. It is the practice. A hypocrite in Islam is one who saw Islam; accepted its principles; embraced it; went along with it, but when his life style and preferences were challenged, Islam had failed with him.  He knowingly wouldn’t follow Islam because it would violate a certain life style that he adopted, ego, or standard that is too important to him, even though it directly violates Islam.

.Advocating Somaliland at all times and denying the rights of certain portion of Somaliland cannot go together in parallel. Somaliland belong to its people regardless of clan or region and favouring its people from one to another creates social hatred among our society and this will lead eventually a big portion  of Somaliland to be less patriotic as a result of injustice committed against. Although, we have the sense of hearing that, the government  is the process to rectify the injustice committed against Awdal region, they fail to inform to inform the sultans concerned the progress made on time to time bases, so that situation remains clam and under control. At present, situation has reached without any control, most of the government ministries originates fail to influence even a small portion of the people  as they consider these government only limited to their wallets and never concerned the injustices inflected against the people they represents from the government. This led to losing image in the face of their people.  The revenue collected from our tax payers should equally distributed to all people of Somaliland without privileging regions from the other regions, as these sources creates dividing our society as the bridge that connects people from other is discounted by the injustices.   In the Islamic worldview, justice denotes placing things in their rightful place.  It also means giving others equal treatment.  In Islam, justice is also a moral virtue and an attribute of human personality, as it is in the Western tradition.  Justice is close to equality in the sense that it creates a state of equilibrium in the distribution of rights and duties, but they are not identical.  Sometimes, justice is achieved through. Thus, justice represents moral rectitude and fairness, since it means things should be where belong. The Quran, the sacred scripture of Islam, considers justice to be a supreme virtue. It is a basic objective of Islam to the degree that it stands next in order of priority to belief in God’s exclusive right to worship (Tawheed) and the truth of Muhammad’s prophet hood .Therefore, one may conclude that justice is an obligation of Islam and injustice is forbidden.  The centrality of justice to the Quran value system is displayed by the following verse. The phrase Our Messengers’ shows that justice has been the goal of all revelation and scriptures sent to humanity.

The verse also shows that justice must be measured and implemented by the standards and guidelines set by revelation.  Islam’s approach to justice is comprehensive and all-embracing.  Any path that leads to justice is deemed to be in harmony with Islamic Law. The scholars of the Quran have concluded that these rulings apply to all nations, followers of all faiths, as a matter of fact to all humanity.   In the view of the Quran, justice is an obligation that is why the Prophet was told. Fair dealings in measurements and weights, as mentioned in the above verse, is also mentioned in other passages where justice in the buying, selling, and by extension, to business transactions in general, is emphasize. Treat people as if they were what they should be, and you help them become what they are capable of becoming. Justice is conscience, not a personal conscience but the conscience of the whole of humanity.” “Each time a man stands up for an ideal or acts to improve the lot of others or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope.” Concepts of justice must have hands and feet to carry out justice in every case in the shortest possible time and the lowest possible cost.

This is the challenge to every citizen of Somaliland regardless of region or clan. ,Justice, in its broadest context, includes both the attainment of that which is just and the philosophical discussion of that which is just. The concept of justice is based on numerous fields, and many differing viewpoints and perspectives including the concepts of moral correctness based on principles, law and equality. According to thinkers in the social contract tradition, justice is derived from the mutual agreement of everyone concerned; or, in many versions, from what they would agree to under hypothetical conditions including equality and absence of bias. This account is considered further below, under ‘Justice as fairness’. The absence of bias refers to an equal ground for all people concerned. Justice is the means by which established injustices are sanctioned. The most reasonable man always manages, when he pulls the trigger, to become a dispenser of justice. Injustice alone can shake down the pillars of the skies, and restore the reign of Chaos and Night. This thing that men call justice, this blind snake that strikes men down in the dark, mindless with fury, keep your hand back from it, pass by in silence. Social justice is “justice in terms of the distribution of wealth, opportunities, and privileges within a society”. Classically, justice referred to ensuring that individuals both fulfilled their societal roles, and received what was due from society. “Social justice” is generally used to refer to a set of institutions which will enable people to lead a fulfilling life and be active contributors to their community. The goal of social justice is generally the same as human development. The relevant institutions can include labour rights as broader system of public services to ensure fair distribution of wealth, equality of  .Equal justice under law is not merely a caption on the facade of the Supreme Court building; it is perhaps the most inspiring ideal of our society. It is one of the ends for which our entire legal system exists…it is fundamental that justice should be the same, in substance and availability, without regard to economic status. Justice is truth in action.

The moral arc of the universe is long, but it bends toward justice. The just man is not the product of a day, but of a long brooding and a painful birth.  It is the ligament which holds civilized beings and civilized nations together. The righteous care about justice for the poor, but the wicked have no such concern. Social justice is defined as promoting a just society by challenging injustice and valuing diversity.” It exists when “all people share a common humanity and therefore have a right to equitable treatment, support for their human rights, and a fair allocation of community resources. Social justice is generally equated with the notion of equality or equal opportunity in society. Although equality is undeniably part of social justice, the meaning of social justice is actually much broader. Further, “equal opportunity” and similar phrases such as “personal responsibility” have been used to diminish the prospective for realizing social justice by justifying enormous inequalities in modern society. The most recent theories of and scholarly statements about social justice illustrate the complex nature of the concept. Social and economic inequalities are to satisfy two conditions: first, they are to be attached to offices and positions open to all under conditions of fair equality of opportunity to all Somaliland. A just Somaliland order is perhaps best seen as a society of peoples, each people maintaining a well-ordered and decent political (domestic) regime, not necessarily democratic but fully respecting basic human rights.” Human rights are expansive and include rights in the following areas: general freedom; dignity; life; liberty; security; equality before the law. This theory can be used to assess any government policy or social condition to determine if it is consistent or inconsistent with this theory of social justice.

Thus, any government policy or social condition can be judged as consistent or inconsistent with social justice based on whether it is consistent or inconsistent with honesty principles of social justice.  The people in awdal region are requesting from the government or from any clan in Somaliland any favour from their resources, but the demand their share of the resources that a big percentage from those resources was collected from their regions. The people of Awdal region are true citizens of this country. Why the Somaliland prolonged bringing early solutions to their grievances that we are hearing from Somaliland news over the last number of years. The injustices in any part of Somaliland is injustices to the entire Somaliland and therefore, the government should tackle the outstanding issue of injustices and the moaning from these people an immediate solution based on justices. That is to say, if there were no conflict of interests among mankind we should never have invented the word justice, nor conceived the idea for which it stands. Justice is always violent to the party offending, for every man is innocent in his own eyes. There is a certain attitude of mind that underlies the theory of justice and that ought to be strengthened by the experience of complex equality: we can think of it as a decent respect for the opinions of mankind. Not the opinions of this or that individual, which may well deserve a abrupt response: I mean those deeper opinions that are the reflections in individual minds, shaped also by individual thought, of the social meanings that constitute our common life. In conclusionDelay of justice is injustice and the need for justice grows out of the conflict of human interests.
